Former police officer arrested following a GHOST sting.

Jeffrey Morningstar, 60, who was previously a sergeant with a police department in Florida, responded to a GHOST sting in July.

As part of the sting operation, the sheriff’s office pretended to be a trafficker selling a 15-year-old in Burton, Swanson said.

Morningstar responded to the sting wanting to pay $125 to have sex with the 15-year-old and another $25 to have the child urinate on him, Swanson said.
