Yes that sounds fine.
The issue is that I worry actions that I can take without guidance would actually hurt the plan.
I have a lot of power, and the capacity to make a TON of noise, but if I do things incorrectly it could be very bad. I already tried 'ramping up' my power level a few months ago and it didn't turn out great.
Since then I've decided to take a backseat and hope that things unfold more obviously.
I'm probably not going to take any sort of initiative (beyond the basic spreading awareness) until I am given a clear target to aim at.

What does 'not technically' mean?
It sounds fun, but I have my doubts and here is why:
Let's say that some file like that was out in the open to be hacked.
Wouldn't that present a huge risk to Q team?
Say an anon found and unlocked this file at the wrong time, or spread it before the time was right.. this would really fuck things up I think.
