Florida just sustained Hurricane Debby. Congress still hasn’t delivered disaster tax relief for Idalia, Nicole, Fiona, and Ian.This is supposed to be standard procedure. We have to get this done. The hurricanes aren’t going to stop, and each storm continues to add insurmountable expenses and mitigation costs to Floridians (through no fault of their own).
The Senate must pass my legislation, The Federal Disaster Tax Relief Act.
