Here's how to secure GA's election if they won't let us do totally paper ballots.
1)Print out the voter list from the County office for each precinct at the end of early voting (already law from Marc Elias lawsuit in 2020)
2) Use the poll pads to validate voters on election day and early voting
3) At the time of poll closure - unplug the county server from the internet.
4) Have 'someone' ensure that that setting for a % allocated election is turned off.
5) Have the precinct managers deliver the SD cards in the scanner to the county elections office and upload them to count and calcuate the ballots.
6) Once certified, plug the county server back in and report the totals.
Then we get rid of the machines.
