Someone always has to be here or they break in and destroy or steal stuff. Have you ever heard of someone getting pebbles and sand in their water line going to their washing machine? Ever? Ever heard of someone's gas line valve needing to be twisted 180 degrees to stop a leak? And at the same time have electrical surges in your home and flipping circuit breakers are not staying on and required multiple pushes which creates multiple sparks? You can't make this stuff up, it is not even in movies.
