But the cooling tower only contains water in it?
And as is visible at the second tower, no steam is coming from it, meaning there is no cooling ongoing, as the plant is obviously shut down, confirming reports of its shutdown in 2022.
You could completely remove or blow up likely both the cooling towers at this point, without causing any sort of nuke reaction due to overheating.
