Judicial Watch announced today that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) withheld information on a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for information about its coordination with the U.S. Secret Service regarding the July 13 Butler, PA, rally at which former President Trump was shot.

In denying Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, the FBI cites FOIA exemption 7(A), which applies to information that “could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings”

Judicial Watch is pursuing the next steps in preparation for litigation.

“Were there others involved in the assassination attempt on Trump? Ukraine used chemical weapons in Kursk Region – governor

Several people have been poisoned after coming under fire from toxic shells, according to Aleksey Smirnov

Ukrainian forces have used chemical weapons in an attack on a group of power company workers in Russia’s Kursk Region, acting Governor Aleksey Smirnov reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday.

Speaking at an operational meeting dedicated to the ongoing crisis in Kursk Region, where Kiev has launched a large-scale incursion, Smirnov reported that over the weekend a team working for the Rosseti power company in the Belovsky district “came under fire, and the shells contained chemical weapons.”

The workers took cover in a police station and survived the attack, the governor added. However, several police officers and the head of the village council were “poisoned” during the incident, Smirnov said.

The acting governor noted that Kiev’s missile attacks in the area have grown, and stated that Ukrainian forces currently control some 28 residential areas in Kursk Region. The fate of nearly 2,000 people who live in these settlements is unknown, Smirnov said.

He also stated that since the start of Ukraine’s incursion, some 12 civilians have been killed in the region and 121, including ten children, have been injured.

Ukraine launched an attack on Kursk Region last week, in what has been Kiev’s largest cross-border assault since the outbreak of the conflict. The Russian Defense Ministry has since reported that the incursion has been halted, and that Kiev’s forces have sustained heavy casualties. According to Moscow’s latest estimates, Ukraine has so far lost around 1,600 troops and some 200 armored vehicles in the attack.

Putin has described the incursion as a “large-scale provocation” and has accused Kiev of “indiscriminately” targeting civilians, residential areas, and ambulances.

On Monday, the Russian president ruled out any peace talks with Ukraine while Kiev continues to attack civilians and threaten nuclear power plants, apparently referring to an alleged strike against Russia’s Zaporozhye nuclear power facility on Sunday.

Police Arrest 12-Year-Old Who Took Park in Anti-Mass Migration Protests.

Police in the United Kingdom have arrested hundreds of people who took part in the anti-mass migration protests sparked by the killing of three young girls in Southport. One of those arrested is a boy aged 12.

The boy was arrested by Merseyside Police for taking part in a protest on July 30. He is one of three males to be arrested in connection with the violence that broke out during a protest in Southport the day after the three girls were stabbed to death, allegedly by a migration-background teenager born to Rwandan parents, in the seaside town.

Another 12-year-old was also arrested in connection with protests in Manchester, and pleaded guilty to charges he engaged in violent behavior on July 31 and August 3.

Since the wave of anti-mass migration protests across the United Kingdom, leftist Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and his chief prosecutor have threatened draconian measures against those directly taking part in protests as well as those accused of inciting violence or “stirring up hatred” on social media.

A 55-year-old woman in Cheshire was arrested simply for sharing “inaccurate information” on social media after she posted mistakenly about the identity of the suspect in the Southport stabbings. However, no such action has been taken against far-left HOPE Not Hate organizer Nick Lowles or Labour lawmaker Josh Fenton-Glyn, who spread false reports about the “far right” throwing acid on a Muslim woman.

German AfD-affiliated economist detained and interrogated for 10 hours, refused entry to U.S. while phone confiscated over “offensive” meme

An economist affiliated with Germany's conservative Alternative for Germany (AfD) party was detained and interrogated for over 10 hours at a Chicago airport. His phone was seized by authorities allegedly for an offensive meme.

Jurij Christopher Kofner arrived at the Chicago airport on Sunday, July 20, following a 12-hour flight from his hometown of Munich, Bavaria, after which he was immediately detainedby the United States Border Patrol and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Kofner, a self-described "ordoliberal" – a German variant of classical liberalism – was set to attend a weeklong seminar in Springfield, Illinois on "Classical Liberalism and Business" at the University of Illinois, Springfield, organized by the American Institute of Economic Research and the Academy on Capitalism.

Kofner's phone was confiscated for allegedly containing a banned meme

Following the conclusion of Kofner's 10-hour ordeal – during which he noted he was subjected to "random questioning" – he was ultimately refused entry into the United States. Furthermore, his phone was confiscated by authorities for allegedly containing an offending meme. His laptop was also confiscated and subjected to an electronic search, but was later sent back to his home in Munich. His phone remains in U.S. custody "for further analysis."

The meme in question featured President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as soldiers on D-Day with the caption, in German: "Warmongers in the front row, as it should be."

In a statement, Kofner blamed his being refused entry on his affiliation with the AfD. He noted how, during his interrogation, the government agents questioned him about the German government's and "serious news agencies'" accusations that the AfD is a right-wing extremist party allegedly influenced by Russia.

Authorities questioned Kofner regarding his opinions about AfD Member of the European Parliament Maximilian Krah, who has been accused of spying for China and has been scrutinized both by the German government and media outlets for being an alleged sympathizer of Nazi Germany.

But the authorities also questioned him about his positions on the conflict in Ukraine, about German foreign policy, his and his party's connections to the Republican Party and his opinions on former President Donald Trump and his running mate Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH).

"I am disappointed that I was denied entry to the United States. Not only because I am a fan of Trump and American right-libertarian discourses and wanted to attend the American Institute of Economic Research's seminar on classical liberalism, but also because this would have been my first trip to the United States since I was a child, when our family owned a summer house in Tampa, Florida," said Kofner in his statement in German. "I had my original red MAGA cap with me and wanted to buy hardback copies of the Federalist Papers and other books that influenced vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance's worldview."

"Both the 10-hour interrogation with mostly stupid questions, the confiscation of my cellphone and my subsequent rejection at the U.S. border because of a meme only show me the weakness of the Biden administration and the forces behind it," he continued. "That is probably the price that some German patriots who fight for Germany's national sovereignty have to pay. On the other hand, I am glad to be back home and not in some prison cell in Guantanamo."

America’s Birth Rates Plunge to ‘Historic Low’ as Deaths Surge

Major concerns are growing among population experts after new data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that America’s birth rates have just plunged to a new “historic low.”

According to the CDC, the U.S. fertility rate reached a new low in 2023, marking a significant drop from 2022, which was also a history low.

In a new Pew Research Center study of 3,312 American adults, the group pointed to infertility, other medical issues, and a partner opposed to having children as reasons for childlessness.

The newly published data from the CDC reveals that birth rates have suffered a major drop since Covid mRNA shots were rolled out for published use in 2021.

Last year, when the data was published for 2022, prominent figures began raising the alarm over the fertility rate plunging.

At the time, X boss Elon Musk pointed out that the waning population poses an imminent threat to humanity.

The falling birth rates come as excess deaths have continued to surge since 2021, creating a looming population crisis.

Hamas Calls for Implementation of Ceasefire Proposal Unveiled by Biden

The US claimed Israel accepted the proposal, but Netanyahu added new demands to sabotage the deal

On Sunday, Hamas released a statement calling for the implementation of a hostage and ceasefire deal with Israel that was previously unveiled by President Biden.

President Biden unveiled the proposal on May 31, and it was backed by the UN Security Council in a resolution passed on June 10. The proposal is for a three-phase deal that, if fully implemented, would permanently end Israeli military operations in Gaza.

Biden claimed the proposal was approved by Israel, but Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected the idea of a permanent ceasefire and Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. He later added new demands as a way to sabotage the chances of a deal being reached.

Hamas said that it wanted to implement the deal instead of restarting hostage negotiations to discuss new proposals, which the Palestinian group said would “provide cover for the occupation’s aggression.”

Hamas said that it “demands that the mediators present a plan to implement what they proposed to the movement… based on Biden’s vision and the UN Security Council resolution, and compel the occupation to comply.”

The demand from Hamas came after the US, and the mediating countries — Qatar and Egypt — released a statement calling for Israel and Hamas to resume negotiations. The talks had been suspended since Israel killed Hamas’s political chief, Ismail Haniyeh, in Tehran. Haniyeh has been replaced by Yahya Sinwar, the group’s leader in Gaza.

Qatar and Egypt believe that Israel won’t agree to a ceasefire deal unless there is real pressure from the US, which has refused to use its significant leverage over Israel. House investigating whether foreign money flowing into Democrat coffers

Rep. Bryan Steil says he has identified two loopholes use by ActBlue donations and “my concern is that individuals are outside the jurisdiction in the United States who may be engaged in this.”

The chairman of the powerful House Administration Committee says his investigation into one of the Democrats' most successful political action committees has pivoted to whether foreigners may be laundering money into the 2024 election.

Rep. Bryan Steil, W-Wis., said his committee has identified individuals who claim they did not make the donations attributed to them in Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports filed by ActBlue. His committee, which oversees election integrity issues, has “activated a full investigation.”

“My concern is that individuals are outside the jurisdiction in the United States who may be engaged in this,” Steil told the "Just the News, No Noise" television show.

“We need to make sure that we're avoiding, in particular, foreign interference in American elections in a period of time when the Biden administration and radical Democrats are happy to do the opposite,” he added.

The Democratic Party has a long history of scandal when it comes to illegal foreign donations. During Bill Clinton’s 1996 re-election campaign, the Democrats were caught accepting hundreds of thousands of donations from suspect or “straw donors” who were reimbursed by foreigners tied to China, prompting one of the biggest scandals of the last half century.

Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign got a black eye for similar problems when an Indian-American fund-raiser pleaded guilty to funneling straw donations to her 2008 campaign.

Fast forward to 2024, and Congress and the attorneys general of Texas, Missouri and Virginia have opened investigations into ActBlue after multiple reports of people claiming they did not make contributions attributed to them.

ActBlue is one of the Democrats’ most prolific digital fundraising platforms, reporting a total of $493 million in donations raised in July alone. It focuses on small-dollar donors and did not respond to a request from Just the News for comment. However, it has long called allegations against it "dubious" and vowed to cooperate with various investigations to clear its name.

"This investigation is nothing more than a partisan political attack and scare tactic to undermine the power of Democratic and progressive small-dollar donors. We welcome the opportunity to respond to these frivolous claims," ActBlue wrote in a statement after Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares announced an inquiry this month.

Rep. Steil wrote to the Federal Election Commission last week asking it to impose emergency rules that would bolster donor verification and prevent cheating by anonymous donors who place their cash in the names of others.

‘Do Jews rule among you?’ Qatari Al-Jazeera leads yet another eruption of antisemitism

Prominent Al-Jazeera commentator Jamal Rayyan accused Arab leaders of having ‘Jews ruling among them,’ uploading a picture of all Arab leaders – except the Qatari Emir.

Earlier this week, another top Al-Jazeera commentator was responsible for spewing toxic antisemitism on his social media. This time, it was Jamal Rayyan, one of the channel’s most-known faces, who has served as an anchor and commentator at the Qatari mouthpiece for decades.

In a post that reached over 1 million views, almost 7,000 likes, and 1,500 reposts, and which has been deleted since, Rayyan uploaded a picture of Arab leaders convening in a past Arab League summit, adding: “What is this weakness and disgrace? What has gotten into you, Muslims, that you are so quiet? Are there Jews among you who rule?”

For many patriotic users, this last line seems to have crossed all red lines. A Saudi user named Abdallah commented: “Jamal Rayyan, you are the biggest Jew of all! You want the Arabs to fight for your masters in Tehran… where are your masters and their arms in the region, you Jew??”

“They are all Jews, Jamal,” commented a Palestinian Lebanese writer named Ibrahim. Another one named Ali also added similarly: “There aren’t Jews among them – they are the Jews, and they are the Zionists.”

Other users referred to Rayyan’s Palestinian roots, accusing his family of selling land to Jews. One user named Hdlan wrote: “What does this have to do with you and the shameless likes of you? You are not an Arab, and you don’t speak for Arabs. Wasn’t it your father who sold the land of Palestinians to Jews? Your father was a broker of lands, and you are a broker of blood.”

"Operational/tactical aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile troops and artillery of the Russian groups of forces struck massed enemy manpower and military equipment in 127 areas," the ministry said in a statement.

Russia’s Battlegroup North inflicts 60 casualties on Ukrainian army in Kharkov area

Russia’s Battlegroup North struck two Ukrainian army brigades and inflicted roughly 60 casualties on enemy troops in the Kharkov Region over the past day, the ministry reported.

They repelled a counterattack by an enemy assault group," the ministry said.
