Europe Begins Large-Scale Public Tests for ‘Vaccination Card’
In September, five EU countries, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Latvia, and Portugal, will be piloting the new European Vaccination Card (EVC) to consolidate person vaccination data. The EVC is planned for all member states after the testing phase is complete. The development of EVC began in 2018, long before the COVID ‘pandemic’. The EVC is based on the World Health Organization’s Global Digital Health Certification Network. The EVC will also support “digital cash” such as central bank digital currency (CBDC) and social credit scores allowing governments to track individuals using a single network.
