AFRICAN IS UNDER THE FATHER NOT THE BABY.

READ.

The FATHER not the baby WAS AFRICAN BORN IN AFRICA.

They did NOT call Africans colored or negro when they were African Citizens living there.

The term negro or colored was used in USA

The baby would have been listed as negro yet.

But, the Birth Cert is listing the Father born in Africa, an African citizens as African, which is correct.

If the father had been born in USA than he would have been listed as negro.

Babies BORN in the USA were listed as negro or colored.

Or slaves in the USA were listed as negro or colored.

I can not dox - but with decades of experience in Africa and B.C. issuance in the USA - you are wrong.

It is important to be correct in red-pilling.

Over it.
