Any diy remedy for arthritis?

Have a burning pain occasionally flailing up on the outside side of my foot.

Been stinging since winter

haven't got it look at but the bone or joint there seems lumpier than the other foot.

Is there a remedy to try and nib this in the bud .?

Can you massage out the inflammation?

That just got rid of all the pain.

Put the vid on and the speaker up against my foot and within two mins the pain stopped .

Will keep doing it.
