asking for a fren- looks like many companies terminating older people (mid 40s-early 60s) to rehire less skilled at lower pay and less/no benefits. they go to file a lawsuit and attorneys turning them away. same thing that happened during covid? what's the end result of squeezing out older, tenured, middle class employees?
