i think it was 1981 when ppl lost trust in the government he signed a Executive Order 12335 – National Commission on Social Security Reform
that called for reforming to gain american trust back
our social security has been flooded with names without people with attached socials.
the system needs revamped and in order to have an election on ACTUAL americans it needs fixed.
or it was released because now the wild west is back.. you can be anyone you want to be now -.- except yourself, but i think it's the former not the later.
