I think Peter Thiel is full of shit, it seems obvious he's working with these agencies and producing technology and AI, that is for control. He said I don't think the CIA is doing anythingquite like mkuktra", which translates to me, they are still doing mind control in a different version. He's basically saying the agencies are not 100% evil, maybe just 90%. He's very careful and halted as he speaks about "these conspiracy theories."
