Yes. But still, appreciate the magnitude of the numbers and the fact that no one you know or have degrees of separation from have been affected by abduction, runaway, or other. Not just CPS. Something else is also going on.

Undocumented children. Farmed or imported, have no mechanism by which to be reported missing, nor a care giver or community to do so.

Anon was EMT, wife is OBGYN. In cities and church communities and homeschool groups in WA, AZ, CA, HI, and TN. Never once heard a story from anyone effected by a missing child situation. Nor the return of one. And anon has periodically asked the board over 6 years, and yours is the only story posted.
There is something very off with the reported numbers of annual missing children in the USA. Unlocked and or farmed, and likely foster too would not likely be reported, yet 400,000 to 800,000 were annually as recently as 2018, but the .gov.

Those would not end up on missing persons reports if they are being reported dead
