Not the same arm. Angle of forearm at elbow is not the same.
Shadowing of arm is not the same.
Hand is not backwards. You are seeing the thumb in front of the sign in each instance.
Top right does haver a head associated. Has greying temples but face is obscured by lower sign.
The dude to the right of the beefalo wearing black is a different person than the baldy in the lower left.
