All looks real to me. The arms are indeed different and the black lady has a sign over her head - not the fronted dark blue USA one, but a lighter (turned for reflection) one behind it. Not the protruding edge above the darker fronted one.
The pic looks real. Run it trhough one of those AI testers if its really got you bothered.
