the whole part of freedom is being able to sue those who need sued.

taking that away from them is making them more superior as they are not.

boosting their ego's some more.

so a police officer can hurt you and not have repercussions for using excess force and escalating the situation instead of de-escalating the situation?

when there is a problem with the police NOT knowing the difference in how to handle a situation/not knowing constitutional rights/freedom of speech/laws that they are suppose to govern in which majority DO NOT INCLUDING THE PEOPLE , the write false information on a he said/she said basis and do not put correct info on said paperwork, and to top them all off PAID for doing a job for someone(bought and paid for)

you are now giving them a way to not be reprimanded in a court of law so they can either make adjustments/schooling/or fired.

It is wrong. you want the government to fix problems, but yet you don't want them to be held accountable. same goes for the police.

As she should.

Based on the provided search results, Kamala Harris has sponsored or co-sponsored several bills aimed at reforming police practices and holding officers accountable for misconduct. Some notable examples include:

Ban on Chokeholds and Registry of Police Misconduct: Harris co-sponsored legislation in the Senate to ban the use of chokeholds and create a registry of police officer misconduct.

Federal Investigations of Police Departments: Harris and President Biden proposed using federal dollars to force police departments with histories of misconduct to review their training policies on de-escalation and undergo federal investigations.

WHO WOULDN'T want that.
