That was looked into and never proven. So it's more likely a case of Trump and his base being sore losers.
The facts are right in your face. Harris is pulling much bigger crowds at her rallies, numbering in thte tens of thousands, while Trump is only averaging a few thousand. The DNC has gotten much more interest and viewers than the RNC. Harris is polling very strongly, and continues to widen the gap as she pulls ahead of Trump.
