I guess, until you've laid on a beach in the middle of the Indian Ocean w/no light pollution and watched the stars/satellites you wouldn't understand. Someone once referred to earth as a spaceship spinning through space, it's an apt description. W/in the bubble, everything is tethered by gravity or electromotive forces. Doesn't matter what you call it, as long as you understand it exists. It's impossible to discuss here w/out creating a 'slide'.
