Bakers do their best, but anons need to help dig-vet sometimes, especially when the baker pool is thin and shifts are long/frequent or we have an apprentice baking. His new “platforms” clearly include ours. Skim his articles, his bio: ya think he’s part of the GreatAwakening? Take ownership. When you see someone call out (((DRAMATICALLY))) for baker to put something in notes, get your sniffers sniffing and do a quick check on it.
