Catholics have been brainwashed into believing that going thru the motions = salvation, which wipes out the work of Jesus Christ. They are a confused bunch of people. I suspect that the Catholic Church was created by Evil people in an attempt to confuse and control people. To tell people that Jesus is not the source of salvation and instead tell them that they need to Save Themselves via their own Good Works.
True Christianity tells people that they are only saved thru faith that they are saved because Jesus paid the price for their sins because they are incapable of Saving Themselves.
