Not sure what is happening in France, but a quick search shows that in 2017 Pavel Durov was selected as a WEF Young Global Leader. Since then, his name has been scrubbed from the WEF and YGL websites.
Durov was also a member of the WEF's Network of Global Future Councils from 2016-2018, serving on their "Future of Computing" council to help shape the 4IR.

A South Korean research team analyzing semen samples from a healthy man who took 3 doses of the Pfizer shot in 2022 has discovered nanobots living amongst his sperm.
Dr. Young Mi Lee and her team identified 17 separate “self assembling entities” inside the sperm sample, isolated in saline, and analyzed in a nationally certified IVF clinic.
This means the nanobots survived and grew for more than 2 years inside his body, without causing any noticeable side effects.
Dr. Lee has observed that the nanobots grew better in sperm than blood, showing the mysterious technology gravitates toward sexual reproductive organs, such as the testicles and ovaries.
More research is needed, but Dr. Lee believes the nanobots may have the same infertility effect as microplastics found in testicles.

This very recently filed whistleblower complaint is to stop the federal government from grossly violating the U.S. constitution when it comes to to conducting U.S. elections by mail-in ballots. It is in direct violation of the constitution. This was filed in federal court last 24 and the docket # can be found on the picture for those interested in reviewing this vital filing. For instance, the U.S. Postal Service should NOT/NOT be in the business of handling ballots (PERIOD!). This will likely go to the USSC because lower courts do not have the courage to deal with it, but it will change the way we vote in America. We have to fix this grossly corrupted election system.

The Open Government Partnership was started by OBAMA and the Hillary Clinton state department. Samantha Powers is involved also.
With this program, every involved country (lots) must submit an action plan every couple years or so. This involves promises on everything from disinformation, social justice, climate change, digital technology, public data monitoring, data sharing, and so much more.
The Obama foundation global field organizer ran it for years. The Tides foundation, USAID, and State department funds it. And it utilizes far left civil society groups as a feature.
And Obama is still involved in the Open Government Project past his presidency.

According to the Boston Herald, the news comes at the same time that the state has started paying for the buses of students of more than 200 migrant families.
