I am the person who found this slide and posted it with in the form of a meme with red text below describing how it was unintentionally released to the public during a Zoom call. The presenter was having a third party advance the slides for him. For a split second the slide containing all the known side effects was accidentally shown. Weeks later reporter found my meme and wrote an article on it.
