>We're allowed to SAY any fuckin thing we want.

Well, step on out there faggot and threaten to 187 Joe Biden or Kammy. You claim that you can say anything you want. Give that a shot. See who shows up at your front door shortly thereafter.

The 1st Amendment does not protect speech that incites or threatens violence and it was never ment to. But go ahead, give it a try. Threaten to assassinate Donald Trump? You probably would get an "attaboy".

Our Constitutions are just words conveying ideas on a piece of paper. With no virtue or will supporting those wordsโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆthey're just words and this is where we find ourselves today. They give one fuck what that Constitution says unless in some bizarre, warped way, they can use it to advance the agenda.

Hmmโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ..I don't think so anon. Someone twist your arm to run up thousands of dollars of debt? You agreed to the terms of that credit card. You made the purchases. Do you bear any responsibility to uphold your end of the contract?

You are absolutely right about that anon. The government sidestepping the BoR's by using a proxy of like minded fellow travelers is a BIG problem and as such, violates the 1st Amendment even worse. In context, the elected and appointed officals who have conspired to do this are guilty of Treason, Sedition and Subversion.

As for Section 230? The SM companies have operated all this time under the false guise of a "platform". They have used Sec. 230 to censor, manipulate and coerce. They are not a platform. They are "Editors". Section 230 needs to be amended to make the SM companies "liable" and culpable to massive, class action lawsuits. And it needs to be "retroactive". Those motherfuckers would change their ways real quick if they knew that their pocketbooks were now on the line.

Well, no doubt [They] believe it is reasonable. The "government" is still engaged in manipulating, censoring and the SM companies with the exception of X now, are all too happy to help and are team players working towards the same tyrannical goal of censoring anyone who stands opposed to their agenda. There is no justification for the government whether they believe it's reasonable or not, to use their proxies to accomplish the same. This violation of the 1st Amendment is even more dangerous to a free people.

Fully agree anon. Not sure how we find our way back. Gonna take a team of like minded Patriots around our POTUS all having ballz of Titanium and a clear and unapologetic mission to restore this Republic. We are getting close to finding out. [They] are the ones who have fucked around.
