The Florida Department of Health (FL DOH) accepted $1.8 BILLION U.S. Tax Dollars from HHS/CDC entering into aCOVID-19 “cooperative agreement” contract, which interestingly began August 1, 2019, and extends to July 31, 2027 – they have already pocketed $1.2 BILLION with another $600 MILLION scheduled between now and July 31, 2027. This begets many questions for the Florida government, the FL DOH, and the Citizens of Florida:
1) Why was this not transparent and disclosed to the Citizens of Florida?
2) The FL DOH has published a “Code of Ethics” on its website, pictured below. The code discusses explicitly the disclosure of conflicts of interest. Did the FL DOH violate its own “Code of Ethics” by not disclosing this information?
3) Could this secretive agreement explain the draconian protocols pushed by HHS / CDC / FL DOH related to COVID-19?
4) Was the FL DOH weaponized by the HHS / CDC by accepting this $1.8 BILLION to enforce their draconian narratives on Citizens of Florida?
5) Could this explain why so many Citizens of Florida of Florida were abused and killed in 2020 by the HHS / CDC / FL DOH by many unethical protocols like withholding life-saving drugs such as hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin and many others?
6) Could this explain why so many Citizens of Florida were killed and injured by pushing remdesivir, which was known to be lethal by many experts before 2020, including the World Health Organization that specifically recommended against using it in 2019?
7) Could this explain why so many Citizens of Florida were killed and injured, including pregnant women, preborns, and newborns, by the COVID-19 vaccines?
8) Could this explain why the HHS / CDC / FL DOH suppressed Pfizer’s post-market data documenting it to be the most injurious/lethal medication ever rolled out with 42,086 casualties, including 1,223 deaths in just the first 10 weeks of the rollout? Conservative estimates from over a year ago are that from the COVID-19 vaccine alone, there were 48,200 Citizens of Florida killed by the COVID-19 vaccines, and another 1.61 million were injured. (See Slide Below).
9) Could this explain why many families and medical experts in Florida contacted State officials, including the FL DOH, and were summarily ignored?
10) Shouldn’t the State of Florida IMMEDIATELY make its COVID-19 "cooperative agreement” with the HHS/CDC public? They accepted $1.8 billion from HHS / CDC for COVID-19, which was U.S. Tax dollars.
11) Shouldn’t the millions of families of Florida Citizens who had their loved ones killed and injured by these draconian COVID-19 protocols, as Joshshua Lorinczy testifies below, deserve monetary reparations from the FL DOH and the State of Florida?
