Top congressional Democrats wrote to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats on Friday, expressing concern that his office may have shared key classified documents with a larger group of lawmakers than initially agreed upon.
The letter, signed by Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Senate Intelligence Committee Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-Va.), and House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), said the wider sharing of the information may have put sources and methods at risk.

I do not know the answer to your question but look into to states that have a Hazelwood Act (Tx) or similiar. 4 yrs of University without having to buy into the GI Bill or use post 9/11 GI Bill also transferable to children (legacy).
