If they could reserve home buying for individuals and not companies, that would greatly reduce the housing market problem. Banks and Zillow buy up all these properties and then inflate the shit out of the values.

I know someone that works at a dealership and I can’t believe how many people come in and pay cash for brand new vehicles. Not cheap ones, $40 and $50k msrp. I can’t figure out 1) where they get so much cash and 2) how there’s so many people to buy brand new cars every single day.
Don’t plant corn in buckets or planters, and make sure they have ample space between each seed, otherwise you will stunt the growth and your crop will be sad.
