Lost in translation, this doesn't just "imply" they comply within 60 days, it requires it!

This is something Trump could do on the first day. Talk about kneecapping the deep state! All those bureaucrats in those unconstitutional executive branch agencies slow walking administrative rules, approvals, licenses, decisions and plans, dragging them out until the next regime, would end instantly.

This would strip the "Administrative State" of its power INSTANTLY. Absolute genius as the first step to eliminating them entirely or pruning them back into manageable size.
