Greetings anons. I survived being hit by a semi going 60 mph on 8/13/24. Just got out of hospital with broken back and leg and glad to be alive. I'm off for 6 months so will be here ready for action.

I was parked at a stop light. He hit my rear tires on my big rig. I didn't have a trailer behind me. 4" to the right and I'm dead instantly. He had booze in his system. Lawyer says I may get something but I'll believe it when I see it. I have to survive for 6 months now without work. Tall order as a blue collar guy, anon.
Stopped. SHouldve said stopped at a red light. He didn't see me and swerved at last second. He admitted fault.
