Jack Smith filed a superseding indictment in the DC case. Skimming through the beginning and it is maddening. The immunity decision with SCOTUS has to be addressed before anything else can happen but he is trying to prevent the need for it by papering over past actions taken. The indictment and Grand Jury were given evidence covered in the immunity decision so the whole damn thing is EFFING void on it's face. Jack is filing this new indictment ignoring that pesky fact.It is time Florida AG steps in and arrests Jack Smith and the crewDJT is a Florida resident being maliciously prosecuted by a private citizen on behalf of Merrick Garland. Jay Bratt and the rest are co- conspirators. This is deprivation of rights clear as day. Title 18, Section 242 of the U.S. Code.
