buying a home in California is a poison pill.

the new buyers pay a much higher property tax based upon current value.

older owners pay a tax based upon the value of the home when they purchased it or a revalue when they upgraded the home.

anyone buying a home in California is a chump.

from Wikipedia:

Most of the sermon's text consists of ten "considerations":

God may cast wicked men into Hell at any given moment.

The wicked deserve to be cast into Hell. Divine justice does not prevent God from destroying the wicked at any moment.

The wicked, at this moment, suffer under God's condemnation to Hell.

The wicked, on earth—at this very moment—suffer a sample of the torments of Hell. The wicked must not think, simply because they are not physically in Hell, that God (in whose hand the wicked now reside) is not—at this very moment—as angry with them as he is with those he is now tormenting in Hell, and who—at this very moment—feel and bear the fierceness of his wrath.

At any moment God shall permit him, Satan stands ready to fall upon the wicked and seize them as his own.

If it were not for God's restraints, there are, in the souls of wicked men, hellish principles reigning which, presently, would kindle and flame out into hellfire.

Simply because there are not visible means of death before them at any given moment, the wicked should not feel secure.

Simply because it is natural to care for oneself or to think that others may care for them, men should not think themselves safe from God's wrath.

All that wicked men may do to save themselves from Hell's pains shall afford them nothing if they continue to reject Christ.

God has never promised to save mankind from Hell, except for those contained in Christ through the covenant of Grace.

this post is about a sermon from Jonathon Lowards who wrote this in 1741.

the name is on the stone shown in the other anon's post.

who, in fact, are 'the wicked'?

That's the part that needs to be understood.

God is very forgiving.

the sauce for the fire and brimestone sermon:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinners_in_the_Hands_of_an_Angry_God

the sermon is quoted from the above wikipedia article that also has this:

"

"Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God" is a sermon written by the American theologian Jonathan Edwards, preached to his own congregation in Northampton, Massachusetts, to profound effect,

"

note that today Northhampton is a very very very very liberal and gay town in the Welfare Valley where the super wealthy have their children go to live so that they can mingle with the down-and-out college drug crowds.

as they realize that many are aware of the game that the freemasons and banksters have been playing for the last 300 years or more, they must feel a certain sense of dread realizing that the villains of history may include many of their ancestors.

with 33 levels, anon, you kind of know that when they catch good people in their web they promote them to some level where they are useful to the cause.

as they get higher up in the briars of it, what does it become for them?

occultism that mocks everything holy is what I see.

but you keep believing in your friends, anon. That's good. Maybe they can be reformed from the inside.

Maybe they are being reformed from the inside.

my experience says "never trust a free mason".

but if you think you can trust them, go right ahead.

Washington eventually caught on and decided against it, didn't he.

as I said, when they catch good people in their web, they promote them to a level to help their cause.

the tippy top seem to be creepy occultists, to me.

you do you, I do me.

I learned what they did in Italy, driving farmers and shepards who for generations had used various pastures off their traditional lands.

They also did a lot of questionable stuff in the United States too.

but for me the key is the people I knew who . . .

and how they turned out later.

sorry, anon. I don't buy into the 60's were a golden age psyop.

you're wearing blinders.

sexual abuse was rampent.

drug-slavery in cities was rampent.

the Black family was destroyed by the 'great society'.

some pepole, special specials, were getting 'go to the head of the class, proceed to middle management straight out of college' free passes.

tens of thousands were being ground up and spit out in Vietnam.

the 'great hopes' were murdered by assassins.

the country was on the verge of civil war.

the dollar was ravaged by inflation at the end of it all.

people were lost in hedonism and narcisscism.

a lot of people just went missing . . . never to be seen again, eaten up (not just figuratively) by a decadent and abominable secret trend.

I think that people understand the sexual preditor problem much better now and I think that there is a lot more awareness about the sexualization of children so parent can take stronger steps to keep their children from being consumed by the sex-cult culture of some of the elites.

also the the theme of movies and narratives back then had a lot of 'poor person sells out to rich cool-cats and gets to get rich too' and I think that kind of narrative is considered bogus now.

plus the free-ride for the special victim people, always the victim people is probably necessarily coming to and end.
