Your beliefs do not dictate reality.
A bump stock is little more than a gimmick device that enables a shooter to shoot more rapidly than they can without it. However, it is not conducive to shooting accurately. No one who is serious about hitting a target would use one. They WERE NOT used in the Las Vegas massacre. Those were belt-fed squad machine guns.
