Backdrop, very rural county, large in area, low in population, one of the poorest counties in the state of Tennessee. County population ~ 15k, County Seat, Dover population ~ 1,800.This is Sewart County Tennessee. They also have the privilege of the title "Most Heavily Armed County in the United States Per Capita".
There is a long history of deep seeded hatred towards the Federal Government there, dating back generations. Much of the land there has been stolen by the Federal Government through Imminent Domain going back over 100 years. Land was taken by the Feds for the building of Kentucky Dam back in the 1930s, in the early 1940s thousands of acres of land was taken for Fort Campbell, in 1963 JFK created the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and thousands more acres stolen. Not to forget the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Cross Creeks National Wildlife Refuge, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Stewart State Forest, etc.

This is the one we have sales info on, they met in Dover, TN on 5/4/24 at 9:00 am for this sale, at the Dover Middle School Gymnasium (against school system policy).
Of the 61 properties sold that day, 30 were recent Honduran immigrants who were poor, spoke little to no English, and who immediately after purchasing got their 911 address, TN Drivers Licenses, and Voter Registration Cards.
All marketing was done out of area, specifically to hide this from the locals, and keep them from finding out. A local realtor contacted them, and was told there were no available spaces. They had a realtor friend in Florida contact them, and were told there were 5 spots left, and to reserve theirs now.
They're also marketing Dover as a "College Town". Nearest colleges are Murray State University (45 minutes NW), and Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN (45 minutes East).
Many of the realtors involved are LLCs from States like Wyoming, where they do not have to register with the state, and are operating as shell companies. These are old Westvaco properties, and they (Westvaco) are wrapped up in the backend of this shit somehow as well.
The County Mayor attempted to gain access to the sale last Saturday for the Deer Ridge property 08/24/24 wearing a Tee shirt and shorts. The person at the door said they were at full capacity, and attempted to keep him out. He told them who he was, and he could shut this down right now. They told him they were done anyway, and everyone left to go view the Deer Ridge property a few minutes later.
Someone in the school system is also getting their palm greased to let all these fucking strangers, into the schools, against policy.
The big takeaway are the immigrants immediately getting 911 addresses, TN Drivers Licenses, and Voter Registration Cards. The County Election Commissioner, Daniel Perigo, is aware of what is going on, and supposedky keeping an eye on this now. He's also a trusted community Minister.
Their agents have stated their next project is in Trigg County Kentucky, borders Stewart County to the North. Near the town of Cadiz, KY. All of the projects are slated to close at the end of September.
