DALLAS: "Three Dallas Police Department officers with the South Central patrol were hospitalized after a shooting on Thursday night along East Ledbetter Drive, sources tell WFAA. At least one of those officers is dead, sources say. In the wake of that shooting, sources tell WFAA that a chase ensued, with law enforcement eventually catching up to the suspect involved in the shooting along I-635 in Lewisville. According to sources, officers then shot and neutralized the suspect. Sources tell WFAA that the three currently unidentified DPD officers have been hospitalized at two Dallas hospitals: Baylor Scott & White and Methodist Dallas Medical Center."
