If anyone has the ear of a county DA or state AG suggest this to them:

Any federal, state, or local official who provides any civil service to an illegal can be charged with at least facilitation of, being an accessory after the fact, or conspiring to engage in human trafficking, on the grounds that by assisting the illegal they are creating a climate which encourages other people to enter the country illegally which thereby increases the demand for the services of human traffickers.
