It will be interesting to see how ILLEGAL things are going to be pushed. Will they cheat and say Kamala won? And will that upend the whole big lie and bring out the full truth?

Kamala was born to parents who were in the country on student visas. The parents were not citizen of the US. Kamala is an Anchor Babyand therefore ineligible for the office of the President and/or VP positions. This is how the Dem party pulls a fast one: Kamala was born in US, therefore she's eligible. This is not true. In addition, the parents lied on the birth certificate (said she was caucasion) which is a federal violation. There are many issue with her status.

At the time of her birth, Kamala's parents were subject to the jurisdiction of the country's they were from, respectively. Neither of those country's were the USA or a territory. Her parents were from India and Jamaica.

Over a century ago, the Supreme Court correctly confirmed this restricted interpretation of citizenship in the so-called 'Slaughter-House cases' [83 US 36 (1873)] and in [112 US 94 (1884)]. In Elk v.Wilkins, the phrase 'subject to its jurisdiction' excluded from its operation 'children of ministers, consuls, and citizens of foreign states born within the United States.'

This still holds true today.

Um no.

If the parents are citizens of another country when the baby is born in the US, the baby is considered a citizen of the mothers country (or the parents work that out amongst themselves). That's the "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" portion of the law.
