I recently went to Portland for the first time in many years and couldnt get away from a heavy smell of marijuana at every turn.

No-nonsense marijuana legalization with a public use ban would be very helpful for a lot of people who have health issues but dont have access to marijuana.

It would also keep the smell away from our children and the majority of us who dont want to smell it everywhere.
