>>21512579 (lb) anon who has been posting about this Presidential Transition Act for a couple of days. I'm still studying and learning but have been mentally war gaming out situations.
My theory presumes Biden and Trump are both President Elect of 2020. DJT and Harris are Candidate 2024 but Biden is not. Harris filed FEC paperwork adding her name to Biden's 2020 president account. It is unlawful. She was VP not President and cannot be added after 2020 to claim president as she is trying to do. She ended her run as President before primaries and never got a single vote. She doesn't meet the December 29 2022 for being qualified to be considered President elect because she never received a vote for President. Yet she took that role by changing the name on Biden's account for the time period of 2020- 2022. She erased his name on that account for the period of 2023-2024. https://www.newstarget.com/2024-08-13-kamala-campaign-false-fec-paperwork-finance-laws.html
This matters on Nov 5th. Biden loses his current status as President elect 2024 once a new President elect is voted in. DJT and Harris would have that role( 1 or both).
The key here is once Biden loses his status as President elect 2020, DJT gets it because he is the last man standing for 2020. DJT becomes President of 2020 and (hopefully) President elect 2024. If Harris tries to step in as President elect 2020 she cannot because she never had public support as president 2020. If she tries to ascend to President because Biden is gone, she has to resign as the legit VP she is before taking President oath. Meantime, we will have a battle of who is current President. Harris position is unlawful so DJT is solid win
The question is, is this Act retroactive to the 2020 election?Answeryes. in a way. The only reason Biden as treated as the winner is because General Miley said so and Justice Roberts swore hi in on national tv.
Miley was replaced by CQ Brown Oct 2023 ( the last time Biden met with his cabinet) Brown has never met with Biden, Austin didn't attend his swearing in ceremony. Page 5 of the Transition act states the candidate who is treated as the winner is then the winner. Brown ended that treatment.
