Notables shouldn't be easy to get, if you notable something that MSM is covering what are you accomplishing? It also provides no motivation to produce a quality post, set a low bar you'll get shit.
I ran it for the first 2 months starting in Feb 2018 when this place was productive. I didn't just notable everything. I honored the posts, i spent the requisite time here to be able to formulate them and I rarely posted shit twice.
This shit starts and ends with notables, if the notetaker is garbage it has an exponential effect on the news cycle. It has been garbage for some time though I have seen some quality notetakers at moments over the years. If you are a baker and don't have the experience here get a notetaker for the bread, therer's no shame in it, thanks for baking but if you try to do both and can't you shouldn't be trying to. I run a website and other thting now so I don't have time for it anymore. If you aren't here A Lot you shouldn't be taking notes. Rant over. Notables and baking were separate in the early days. I initially posted them at the end of breads, then the beginning. Then bakers started asking me to get them in before 650 and they'd put in the bread, they've been there since.
