Congress is like high school.
Only the rich, pretty, and cool kids get elected, and they pay the geeks to do all their work for them, while they are off somewhere boinking each other or doing drugs.
Constitutional amendment:
At least a 105 IQ test to qualify for the ballot (any federal race), to be retested before each re-election.
Don't we want our politicians to be at least a little smarter than average?
