1. Father reports abuse/molestation of his child. (Not the first time).

1. Family court/CPS take the child from the father, claiming "neglect" and claiming the father has mental health issues. (Because he threatened the mother 5 years ago, after she threatened to harm and kidnap his child).

1. Father takes a full mental health evaluation 3 days after reporting this abuse/molestation. Passes with flying colors. And passes a drug-test.

1. Court drags out hearing for over 8 months. When it's fathers turn to take the stand, they reschedule the case for two months out, and tell the father if he admits to a finding of neglect, he can have his regular visitation back with his child. Court claims they "can't find" the record from the mental health evaluation that was performed.

1. Father basically says, "Go fuck yourself, I'll take this all the way to the Supreme Court, if I have to. And that's alright, I recorded the entire interaction with the mental health evaluator, because I knew you were lying Talmudist, pedo-protecting, scum-bags" (paraphrasing), in court.

1. Judge says, regardless of father's testimony (which has not yet been heard in full), she will find him guilty of neglect, for mental-health reasons, still. (Still can't find that recorded-evaluation… Hmmmm). Proceedings are delayed (again), the child is still being abused (and this is known to the court, as it was proved to the court, in court).

Now… I don't need you to tell me what is going on here. This is "LEGAL"-KIDNAPPING. Period.

If you report abuse/molestation of a child in Buffalo, NY, these people will attempt to DESTROY you unlawfully steal your children from you. They have been doing this for a long time. How many parents and children have been affected is anyone's guess…
