I was a few minutes into a video analyzing Peter Stryok's body language during his testimony and saw that it was not so accurate by what I think it shows.
Yes, he is a bad guy.
But I was seeing something other than arrogance.
I was seeing what appeared to be
a man who had been doing some deep weeping.
I saw a man who was looking at the abyss.
He has lost everything and he looked it.
He was out there fighting for himself
but he had already lost it all.
It was a tragedy of major proportions.
He had nothing to lose.
I pictured him killing himself after the hearing.
His stress was at maximum point like he had wrung himself out already and there was little left
like a numb vessel of a man fighting now for his family
because he had lost everything else
and didn't want his family to live with his crimes.
It is hard to feel pity for a man who let a traitor go free
but this many was suffering.
Pure and simple. Wept til he was empty. Left numb.
Maybe just maybe
a patsy who was used by the smarter jackasses in the bunch
and now knew what a fool he really really was.
And he had to face the world knowing this.
That what he really was… was not a patriot… but a traitor.
