He was prosecutor in the Timothy McVeigh case for the DOJ, and also notable is his tenure at SDNY, which you may recall was where the HRC emails were discovered on the Weiner laptop. Interesting, was he serving as FBI counsel at the time the emails were discovered?…no doubt he was in the middle of that.
