Participating in a rigged system is acceptance of The System, if cheating goes unstopped. Adhesion Contract concept works that way, it doesn't matter if one has actually signed with a signature or read the fine print blabla… Going along with a rigged system (fake Democracy), is acceptance and SUBMISSION to that system.
