couple of ideas, the excuse they are giving is true. So because of a later decision date they are postponing judgement till after that decision date. The crowder story is going to cause big problems. He is trying to hold the date for some reason past the election and a place where they may be able to stretch out the election to, in terms of not knowing. Maybe that?
well it allows them that, but based on what Trump did today I assume also that the gag order has been partially lifted in some cases. So at least he can fight back if attacked on that front. But delaying also seems a way to postpone actually having to make a decision. For whatever reason but, it got delayed and that is all that matters for now. Deal with the November date in November.
