If planned by white hats, RFK forcing states to re-print the ballots at this late juncture is sheer genius. ALL of the ballots need to be reprinted, eliminating any fake ballots out there with his name on them if they existed. Doing it this late shortens the time for bad actors to print fake ballots in large quantities as they would first have to see the real ballots and the order of the candidates as printed on them.
