Britain's "top universities", aka leftist woke departments, are in fact projecting their own racism and sexism onto those who believe that meritocracy is non-discriminatory and inclusive of everyone regardless of how they were born.
By labelling meritocracy a "microaggression", these woke academics are in fact experiencing their own internal conflict and aggression, on the one hand they arrogate themselves as "experts" in racism, on the other hand they express their own racism by believing that people of some races are objectively inferior and do not possess the cognitive capability to compete with everyone else.
And that hatred they have in their own minds, they do not see it is their own, so, instead of self-reflecting and realizing their own racism, they project and falsely label that which triggers their racism: meritocracy.
Anon sees this pattern everywhere racist DEI/woke beliefs and narrative circulate. It's an iron law. In every single instance, those who label meritocracy as racist are manifesting their own racist views denigrating the very people they claim to be fighting for and whose interests they claim to be defending.
