We get these hydrogen power threads from time to time.
Hydrogen energy really is just a pointless waste of money meant to hurt our economy. As part of the green new deal, it is being used to attack LNG, and is significantly more expensive than LNG for equivalent energy production. It makes sense if you're on a space ship maybe, but on Earth you're wasting money.

You're better off leveraging the pre-existing LNG infrastructure, supply chain and vehicle powertrains. The engines already exist and the LNG supply chain is six times as big.
LNG is also more energy efficient than hydrogen when being transported -
