Removal scams are especially egregious because there is no practical recourse for this particular form of corruption.
When a notice of removal is filed, a state court case is automatically removed to federal court. The state court will say that it lacks jurisdiction to overturn the illegal removal. The corrupt federal court will ignore the illegality of the removal, and you are stuck in the corrupt federal court. There are no appeals allowed on decisions on removal!
As a pro se party, I researched removal thoroughly so I could fully document why the case HAD to be remanded to the state court. Of course, I know that corrupt federal judges could care less about the law and what’s right; they just do whatever meets their corrupt needs. . .”
