The Wiretap: Feds Arrest Suspected Leaders Of โTerrorgramโ Neo-Nazi Group
Terrorgram Collectivea group of neo-Nazis who encouraged acts of white supremacist violence using the Telegram social media app.
Dallas Humber of Elk Grove, California and Matthew Allison of Boise, Idaho were charged with soliciting hate crimes and the murder of federal officials, and conspiring to provide material support to terrorists.
Humber and Allison were responsible for publishing and sharing Terrorgram literature, including The List, a hit list of targets for assassination. Included on The List were a senator and a district court judge. The government alleged the pair also helped push The Hard Reset, a digital manifesto that outlined Terrorgramโs violent racist ideology, and provided advice on how to commit terrorist attacks such as killing via improvised explosives or by taking out critical infrastructure.
